Perfectionism used to kill my career. I was working in sales at the time and I can definitely agree with this article that things took for a huge improvement when I became more action based instead of perfectionist based.

the trap that most people (well, okay, that I) fell into afterwards is that you become &quot;activity/action minded&quot; but don&#039;t focus on results...

I actually have read this in a few books so I know it&#039;s not just me... and I think its a great insight into our growing curve:

perfectionism conquered = growth from action
activity based mindset conquered = results based agenda
